Trump Slaps Rogue Judge with Perfect Response to His Unconstitutional 'Order' to Stop Deporting Terrorists
"Judge James Boasberg is now facing growing calls for his impeachment after interfering with the Trump administration's national security matters."
The Trump administration has the perfect response for Judge James Boasberg, who fancies himself the co-president of the United States.
Pound sand.
Trump’s DOJ is flatly rejecting Boasberg’s insistence that the administration provide further details on the deportation flights for the terrorist cartel TdA, arguing that the activist judge lacks jurisdiction over national security.
“Plaintiffs cannot use these proceedings to interfere with the President’s national-security and foreign-affairs authority, and the Court lacks jurisdiction to do so,” White House lawyers shot back at the rogue judge.
The Trump administration has also escalated its response by filing a motion to have the case reassigned to a different judge, further sidelining Boasberg’s efforts to block the deportations.
Judge Boasberg initially attempted to halt the administration’s expulsion of over 250 suspected Venezuelan gang members by issuing a temporary restraining order late Saturday evening. His directive ordered all deportation flights to be turned around and the individuals brought back to the U.S.
Trump Administration Pulls Fast One on Activist Judge Who Tried to Block Criminal Alien Deportations
In a high-stakes battle over immigration enforcement, the Trump administration has forcefully defended its use of the Alien Enemies Act to deport hundreds of alleged gang members, defying a last-minute court order from a federal judge.”
However, Trump’s legal team has taken a firm stance, stating that Boasberg’s order was legally irrelevant because the flights had already departed U.S. airspace. The DOJ argued that Boasberg’s oral directive carried no enforceable weight and that his written order did not prohibit the executive branch from using other authorities to deport foreign criminals.
Meanwhile, El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele confirmed that his government had already received the deportees and transferred them to a maximum-security prison under a previously negotiated agreement with the Trump administration.
Bukele even mocked the attempted judicial intervention, posting on X, "Oopsie… Too late," along with a laughing emoji.
Attorney General Pam Bondi blasted Boasberg’s actions, calling them "reckless" and a direct threat to public safety. "Tonight, a D.C. trial judge chose to protect Tren de Aragua terrorists over American citizens," Bondi said. "This is a political stunt by an activist judge, and we will not be deterred from making America safe again."
The White House also doubled down, with Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt emphasizing that the administration had successfully removed the criminals before Boasberg’s ruling could take effect. "Thanks to swift action, these heinous monsters are gone, and they will never again threaten American communities," Leavitt said.
The legal battle is now moving to the appellate court, where the Trump administration has requested the immediate reassignment of the case.
Republican lawmakers are also stepping in, with Rep. Brandon Gill (R-TX) announcing he will introduce articles of impeachment against Boasberg for judicial overreach.
Elon Musk, serving as Trump’s Director of Government Efficiency, weighed in on the controversy, responding to calls for Boasberg’s impeachment with a one-word post: "Necessary."
The Trump administration remains confident in its legal standing, with a senior White House official declaring, "This is headed to the Supreme Court. And we’re going to win."
He is attempting to block executive orders for national security. He has no jurisdiction on national security matters. His interference inside the constitutional right of the president to execute national security protection for the country is in violation of the law. He has committed an act of crime and sedition under the constitution. Therefore, he doesn’t have to be impeached. He can be removed immediately.
Send him to El Salvador. That way he can defend the gang members who were released into the custody of Salvadoran officials. Let’s see how that goes for him. Give him a cell inside the prison so he could be close to his clients and have access.
