The Biden administration’s Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF), a $20 billion initiative meant to support green energy projects, is under intense scrutiny after revelations of financial mismanagement and political cronyism.

The Trump administration’s EPA, led by Administrator Lee Zeldin, is investigating the program, which has been described as a rushed effort to distribute massive sums of taxpayer money to top Democrats and their allies before the Trump administration came into office.
