Once again, we have a federal judge who has seemingly forgotten that he was not elected by the American people to run the executive branch.

This time, it is Judge Kenneth J. Gonzalez, an Obama-appointed judge, who has decided that President Donald Trump, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, cannot deport Venezuelan gang members to Guantanamo Bay. The sheer arrogance of this judicial interference is staggering.
