If lower courts ignore Supreme Court rulings/precedence, then there is no compulsion for anyone to follow their rulings. It is a very slippery slope!

Too few pundits have noticed that Justice Gorsuch and Justice Brown Jackson are saying the same thing. The lower courts are still attempting to follow law and precedent, while SCOTUS wants them to implement the Administration Always Wins Calvinball rule.
